List of Plateformes Agréées (PA) in France

France's e-invoicing mandate goes live on 1 September 2026. From that date, every VAT-registered business must send and receive invoices through a Plateforme Agréée (PA), an e-invoicing platform officially approved by the French tax authority, the DGFiP.

If you're searching for the list of PA in France, this short guide tells you where to find it, what to look for in a provider, and why Melasoft Docnova is built to be more than just a name on the list.

What is a Plateforme Agréée?

A Plateforme Agréée (formerly PDP) is an e-invoicing operator registered by the DGFiP to issue, transmit and receive electronic invoices, and to forward transaction and payment data to the tax administration. Registration lasts three years and is provisional for the first twelve months, subject to an independent audit.

As of 2026, more than 120 platforms are officially registered, and the number is still growing.

Where to find the official list

The authoritative list of Plateformes Agréées (PA) is published by the DGFiP and updated regularly:

Before signing with any vendor, verify their immatriculation number directly against this official source.

What to look for in a PA

Being on the list is the minimum. The PA you choose will sit between your ERP, your trading partners and the French tax authority for years, so look beyond the badge:

  • ERP integration — especially SAP, Oracle, Dynamics and Odoo.

  • Multi-country compliance — France is rarely the only mandate on the table.

  • Connectivity — API, EDI and Peppol Access Point.

  • Deployment options — white-label, dedicated servers, on-prem.

  • Implementation speed — with September 2026 approaching, weeks matter.

Why Melasoft?

Melasoft delivers its PA service through the Docnova platform, engineered to the full DGFiP specification, including Y-model lifecycle statuses and Factur-X, UBL and CII formats.

What sets Docnova apart is what comes around the PA:

  • Native SAP expertise. Pre-certified add-ons for SAP ECC and S/4HANA, plus connectors for Oracle, Dynamics 365 and Odoo — no middleware patchwork.

  • Global compliance, one platform. A Peppol-certified Service Provider with coverage in 30+ countries, including Belgium, Germany, Italy, Poland (KSeF), Saudi Arabia (ZATCA) and Norway (EHF).

  • API, EDI and white-label. Connect through API, trade with legacy partners over EDI, or launch e-invoicing under your own brand with white-label deployment and dedicated-server options.

Most PAs offer a portal or an integration. Docnova gives you the portal, the API, the EDI bridge and the white-label stack from the same vendor, under one contract.
