The draft ordinance published related to no sanctions for those who do not use the RO e-Invoicing system.
Through a draft ordinance, the Ministry of Finance formally proposes to extend the time until May 31, 2024, during which businesses that fail to comply with the RO e-Invoice system will not be subject to sanctions.

Therefore, instead of being sanctioned from April 1 as currently allowed by rules, enterprises that disregard the limit of 5 working days for the transmission of invoices in the national system for the electronic invoicing RO e-Factura will be sanctioned from June 1, 2024.
