ANAF published a document to the UIT code.

In Government decree 2022/41, the wording “The UIT code may be generated no more than 3 calendar days before the date declared for the start of the transport” was amended by the document just published by ANAF to read “Taxpayers who are obliged by law may obtain their UIT code sufficiently in advance of the start of the transports, thus avoiding possible situations in which delays may be a direct consequence”.
