ANAF Publishes Explanatory Guide on DAC 7 Directive: Strengthening Tax Transparency

Romania’s National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has published an Explanatory Guide outlining the provisions and scope of Directive 2011/16/EU, known as "DAC 7."

The guide is now available on the ANAF portal under the section Taxpayer Assistance/Automatic Exchange of Information in the Field of Direct Taxes.
