Kazakhstan Launches Digital Tax Revolution: New Integrated Platform Goes Live

Kazakhstan’s State Revenue Committee is phasing in the “Integrated Tax Administration System” (СӘИЖ) and new taxpayer cabinet (СӘИЖ СТК). Starting August 25, 2025, five different tax application forms will be available through the new system.

A groundbreaking modernization is taking place in Kazakhstan’s tax administration. The “Integrated Tax Administration System” (СӘИЖ) developed by the State Revenue Committee, along with its new taxpayer cabinet component (СӘIЖ СТК), focuses on enhancing digital service quality for taxpayers.

What Applications Can Be Made Through the New System?

Forms available through СӘIЖ СТК starting August 25, 2025:

  1. Income Declaration: Tax application for obtaining information about income from Kazakhstan sources and withheld/paid taxes

  2. Tax Reporting: Application to suspend, extend, or restart tax return submissions

  3. Withdrawal Requests: Application for taxpayer/tax agent to withdraw tax returns

  4. Grant VAT Refund: Application for VAT refund on goods, works, and services purchased with grant funds

  5. VAT Verification: Application to confirm the correctness of excess VAT amounts

The new СӘIЖ СТK system can be accessed through https://knp.kgd.gov.kz. The user manual is located in the system’s “Support – Help – Reference Information” section.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: With the implementation of the new СӘIЖ СТK system functionality, the ability to submit the specified forms through the old СТK and СӘIЖ systems will be blocked.
