Slovakya, Ocak 2027'den itibaren yürürlüğe girecek zorunlu e-fatura sistemi (IS EFA) ile faturalamada yeni bir dijital çağa giriyor. E-faturaların önceden tanımlanmış bir XML formatında gönderilmesi gerekiyor; bu da vergi dairesinin (AADE) KDV beyannamelerini önceden doldurmasını ve şeffaflığı artırmasını sağlıyor.

Ocak 2025'ten itibaren Letonya, kamu kurumlarıyla yapılan tüm işlemler için elektronik fatura zorunluluğu getirecek. 2026 yılına kadar bu kural, KDV mükellefi şirketler için tüm B2B faturalarını da kapsayacak şekilde genişletilecek.
