Nahtlose SAP E-Rechnung in Lettland mit Melasoft

Ab Januar 2025 verlangt Lettland elektronische Rechnungen für alle Transaktionen mit öffentlichen Institutionen.
Bis 2026 wird diese Regel auf alle B2B-Rechnungen für umsatzsteuerpflichtige Unternehmen ausgeweitet.

Was passiert in Lettland?

Lettland führt die verpflichtende E-Rechnung in zwei Phasen ein:

  • Ab 1. Januar 2025: Alle Rechnungen an öffentliche Institutionen müssen elektronisch ausgestellt werden.

  • Ab 1. Januar 2026: Alle B2B-Transaktionen zwischen umsatzsteuerpflichtigen Unternehmen müssen strukturierte E-Rechnungen nutzen.

Die Rechnungen müssen dem EN 16931-Standard entsprechen, im XML-Format übermittelt werden und die Peppol BIS Billing 3.0-Spezifikation erfüllen.
Ab 2026 müssen außerdem alle Rechnungsdaten in Echtzeit an die Staatliche Steuerverwaltung (VID/SRS) gemeldet werden.

Das Parlament verabschiedet das Gesetz zur elektronischen Rechnungsstellung.

1. Januar 2025

Verpflichtende E-Rechnung für den öffentlichen Sektor (G2B, B2G, G2G).

Mai 2025

Veröffentlichung der endgültigen technischen Spezifikationen und Reporting-APIs.E-Rechnungen werden dominieren.

1. Januar 2026

Verpflichtende B2B-E-Rechnungsstellung und Echtzeit-Rechnungsberichterstattung an die VID/SRS.
