e-Transport Compliance: Penalties for Missing GPS Data Effective January 1, 2025

The Ministry of Finance and ANAF have announced that starting January 1, 2025, penalties will be enforced for failing to submit GPS coordinates in the e-Transport system, as outlined in art. 13^1 lit. d)1 and e) of GEO no. 41/2022. Economic operators are urged to ensure compliance with these provisions to avoid fines and disruptions in their operations.
