RO e-transport scope expanded. New products have been added to the scope of BRFR (high fiscal risk goods).

A draft order amending and supplementing on the determination of goods with a high fiscal risk transported by road and subject to monitoring by the RO e-Transport System was published.

At the same time, as a result of recent control activities carried out at the level of the General Anti-Counterfeiting Directorate, the financial risk was outlined for the following products:Â
Raw or unmanufactured tobacco; tobacco debris, CN code 2401,
Other finished tobacco and finished tobacco substitutes; "homogenized" or "reconstituted" tobacco; tobacco extracts and essences CN code 2403,
Mineral fuels, mineral oils and products of their distillation; bituminous substances; mineral waxes CN codes: 2710 19 66, 2710 19 99, 2710 19 81, 2710 19 83, 2710 19 87 and 2707 99 99
Soap, organic surfactants, washing preparations, lubricating preparations, artificial waxes, prepared waxes, polishing or rubbing preparations, candles, and similar substances, modeling pastes, "dental waxes" and gypsum-based dental preparations falling under CN codes 3403 19 10 and 3403 19 80
