ANAF Publishes e-Transport Application User Guide
Â
The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has published a comprehensive User Guide for the e-Transport application. You can find the guide on the ANAF portal under Taxpayer Assistance > Services offered to taxpayers > Current guides and other informative materials. Access it directly through this link.
Â
To start using the e-Transport application, users need to complete an enrollment process, which will create their user profile. After enrollment, users can view their account details and log out from the User Profile screen.
Â
Starting a shipment is straightforward. Simply complete the session registration by providing the necessary information. During an active transport session, you can track the session status, entered information, duration since startup, GPS and GSM signal strength, and battery status. GPS locations are automatically sent to ANAF every minute, and users receive notifications in case of signal issues. Upon completing the transport session, drivers will return to the homepage.
Â
Please note that the e-Transport application is in a testing phase until August 31, 2024. During this period, users can get accustomed to the application without any penalties. The app is easy to use and free of charge.

The RO eTransport system is a significant part of ANAF's digitalization initiative. It aims to enhance the agency's ability to combat tax fraud through smart digital solutions, ensuring uniform management and effective control of both national and international road transport of goods with high fiscal risk.
