ZATCA Extends Grace Period for E-Invoicing Fines and Penalties Until June 30, 2025 

1. Extension of the Initiative: ZATCA has extended its Cancellation of Fines and Penalties initiative until June 30, 2025. 

2. Eligibility Criteria: To benefit from the exemption, taxpayers must: 

3. Be registered under the relevant tax laws. 

4. Submit any overdue returns. 

5. Pay all principal tax liabilities associated with the returns. 

6. Installment Payment Plans: Taxpayers may apply for installment payment plans for outstanding amounts.
