The Danish Business Authority publishes the official list of approved certified bookkeeping systems
July 1, 2024
Medium and large companies using standard software must start with certified systems
January 1, 2025
Companies with their own custom software must switch to certified solutions
January 1, 2026
Financial companies and sole proprietorships with turnover above 300,000 DKK must comply with digital bookkeeping
Businesses under this threshold are exempt from the certified software rule but must still follow other bookkeeping laws.
