France – Regulatory Updates November 2023

The differences in the timetable for implementing electronic invoicing are currently being debated in Parliament.

The Senate has adopted an amendment that would see electronic invoicing begin for large companies on 1 July 2025.

The National Assembly is proposing a simultaneous start date of 1 September 2026 for large companies and ETIs, with the possibility of a 3-month extension.
